softball & vaykay!

it's officially been 6 days since school ended...and i've done nothing productive! actually, i slept a lot....and i mean a lot! sleep is good. my body needed a couple of days to rejuvenate. feelin' pretty good over the last few days..'cept silly me forgot to put on sunscreen on sunday during our softball game during mid-afternoon, under the scorching sun, so my skin's a lil' burnt...peely! at least i'm looking more & more filipino everyday. (and fyi, we played a kicka$$ game...we beat the bestest bulkiest team in the league...not like i had anything to do with it 'cept look pretty @ 2nd base...gooooo Woodsiiiiiiiiide!!!)

some ppl have noticed that i'm quite random...like i say things out of the blue & totally off topic during conversations...is that wrong? or do i have a.d.d.? ;)

still planning our "family fun getaway" to either cuba or mexico..goin' w/ joanna, ly, mark & mommy of course. after a while all the resorts start looking the same...but me likes this resort. the pool is sooooo pretty...and it's all inclusive...bring on the buffets baby!!

summer school is finally over! yay me! it went by soooo fast...learned some really wicked, practical things...i learned to play the flute, french horn, guitar (sorta) and my fav...the tenor sax! can't wait to teach high school! also made some good friends...to my second cup girls, vicky & lisa, gonna miss the long walks...er...drives...to grab the much needed coffee!

i woke up this morning feeling so crappy...boo. my entire body was achy as if a just ran a marathon...owie. and my tummy was crampin' too...ouch. dunno know why. my allergies have been acting up badly over the past few days...sniff, sniff. my body decides to shut down at the most inopportune times...maybe it's stress. i feel yucky.

can't believe i was sent home again! i think i've been sent home at least once every week over the past month. that doesn't do well w/ me wallet...but things will pick up...eventually...i hope. actually...i do have to finish a couple of assignments for monday. so i guess it's a sign to do my work...no more procrastinating!! riiiight. well it's my first summer school course EVER. "summer school" what an oxymoron if you ask me. those 2 words should not be in a sentence together. anyways...me is still deciding whether or not i'll be @ the restaurant in sept. meh. i don't know what's the hell is gonna happen...with anything...sigh.

good morning sunshine! can't believe that summer is pretty much half over. that bites. like every summer, it goes by in a blink of an eye. i wish that i could just wake up and do anything i want. forget school, forget work, forget responsibilities. i wanna be totally selfish and take care of me! it just seems like the student-life is never-ending for me...at least til i move out. there are definite perks w/ living at home...i know. like, one day i have a pile of laundry the size of the CN tower...and poof, when i get home from school/work the laundry fairy has bravely conquered the growing heap into a neatly folded, freshly scented, clean stack of clothes. i love the laundry fairy! geez, i sound spoiled!! anyways, like lnp said, things will change in sept...hopefully i'll have a steady supply teaching position and secure my transition into private teaching. bye-bye ontario conservatory of music...it was fun while it lasted. what ever will you do w/out me? it's too bad we're leaving off in a quasi sour note...
